Free Shipping Offer We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $35 within the United States! For orders under $35, exact shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Order Processing Times Because JMM Florida takes pride in craftsmanship, every single item is custom-made to order. Please allow time for your items to be manufactured, inspected, and packed. Processing times vary by product, but generally take a few business days before they are ready to ship. Please note that processing time is separate from the transit time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order Once your custom pieces have cleared quality control and your shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, JMM Florida is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If your package is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us at jmmfloridashop@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
